Safety Officer  
The SHE Representative is part of the team in the working environment and acts as a coordinator. The SHE Representative identify problems quickly. All SHE representatives should be the members of the SHE Rep committee together with the management they discuss any problems and agree on the action that should be taken to create a safe and a healthy work environment . A good SHE Representative is an asset and helps to prevent incidents, which can harm employees, visitors, contractors, or the environment.
